:/ I'm not sure what you mean by the apps, im guessing there's a survey app or something, maybe you have your app set to not show on your profile, meaning the answers to your surveys would usually appear on your profile but you have them set not to, find your app settings in "manage my apps" and make sure you have "show on my profile" ticked.

but the easiest way to take myspace surveys is by finding one,

(Go to a site like myspacebulletins.com )

and then filling them out and copy and pasting them into a bulletin and posting it, that's the easiest and most common way
