How do I make myspace backgrounds with my own graphic or name on it?

I know how to make some by using photobucket when I click edit to add my name and stuff it doesnt move anymore or looses the effect. How do I make my own background for myspace like the ones people have on their production? I asked my friends but they dont wanna tell me at all please help me i Really wanna know how to make them for example like this one....
