Get myspace background?

I was wondering, how would I get a myspace background, with the middle a certain color, such as white, just like normal myspace (no background). I want to have the white center with the right and left side (gray side) a picture.

So for example, I want to have a picture of a paino on my right side and maybe a picture of a guitar on the left side.
