Sure you can!
All you have to do is upload the photo somewhere like http://imageshack.us, or http://tinypic.com. Then, put the following code into the caption of one of your photos: <body background="URL TO IMAGE"> **NOTE: Make sure you paste the direct URL given by ImageShack or Tinypic into the area that says "URL TO IMAGE" in the code.
