ive seen it before n i have this code that worked but now its not workings so, i want it so when you click to look at my picture and it comes up there is a background...

thats the code i have, but when i try to put it on a new picture, it doesnt work, or when i gave it to a fellow myspacer it didnt work....

n i want to know thats just for colors is there a code that you can make it like a picture or polka dots or something?
