Get on Google or Yahoo! and search Proxy or Proxy Server.... there are hundreds of proxy's out there... but if u want one to get around a security programs, such as Novell Client or Lightspeed, like the one's that are used at school's, businesses, ect.... your out of luck, because those security systems also block all proxy server's... maybe, if u go though 100 or so proxies u might get lucky and find one that they missed and isn't blocked, but good luck with that.
