On internet explorer, click, tools <internet options<Connections<lan settings. check the proxy server box. input these numbers.
8.12.43.98 port: 80.
well other than that there are no really effective ways, it is a proxy yes, but this way you don't have to go to the proxy site. and i've used proxys before, never gotten a virus.
