What are the system requirements?

How can I customise the software?

You can install add-ons to help you with the customisation. Prior to installing add-ons, you must uninstall previous versions of CRM Online for Outlook and Email Router. To begin the customisation, you must be the System Administrator, or at least have equivalent privileges.

How can I update the software for Outlook Client?

First of all, make sure that the CRM has the most recent updates for Outlook Client. Close Microsoft Outlook and click on the “Windows” button. “Windows Update” can be found under “All Programs”. You can assign a workflow process to another user. The new user will be able to edit or delete the process. Under the Navigation Pane, click on “Settings”, and then on “Processes”. Select “My Processes” and double-click on the process that you want to assign. You will be asked to confirm before assigning it to the other user.

Yes! Just as long as your mobile phone has a web browser, you should be able to connect to the CRM online system.
